confuse or suffer ?

I have been in Urology 's operating room for 2 weeks.

I don't know how to explain about my feeling at here.

umm....

It's so complicated equipments  and operations  that I never seen before.

They make me confuse about many kind of guide wire!!!! 

OMG!

Urology  is

 the branch of medicine that focuses on the surgical and medical diseases of  the male and female urinary tract system  and the male reproductive organs.

but 

Uro surgery was separated by me,There are 2 types   

they was called is penis and abdominal

penis is whatever operations that have a field area penis

such as 

- cystoscopy

- TUR-P, TUR-BT

- URS

- Hypospadia

etc.

abdominal is whatever operations that have a field area abdominal

such as

- every laparoscopy 

- cystectomy

- nephrectomy

- hernia

etc. 

Of course , I love abdominal 

No reason!! 

umm,, maybe I like to use  big equipments more than tiny things.  

It's very comfortable to manage.

For example : Penis's field is hypospadia. 

 It's very hard for surgeon because tissue is so ffffffine.

Then it need to fine forceps and scissors for dissect. 

Oh , I think it is a plastic surgery. 

External genitalia, patient can see it  and they hope it 

 normal look like others. 

Moreover it increase depression for surgeon

but very simple for scrub.

Sometime I'm sleepy.
